History
I’ve been a fan of Stephen King since 1984. That was the year I read Night Shift and did a book report in high school. Night Shift was a trial run with a "new author" for me. Prior to King, I read a lot of Mark Twain and Robert Louis Stevenson. After Night Shift, I got in trouble for reading Stephen King in class more than once.
First and foremost I am a fan. I have been for most of my life. I became a collector in 1994, the year I got my first signed book. Since then, I've done business on the Betts Books website as a seller (10 years), or you might have bought from me as Donnancastle on Ebay. In any case, I have been a fan of history, autographs and collecting for a long time!
It is a joy to finally have Needful Kings OPEN! My wife Stephanie and I are committed to bringing the finest rare and collectible editions we can find to market.
I'm also avid about original art, so please enjoy Gaunt's Gallery! Our goal to enjoy collecting and provide an interesting one-of-a-kind experience.
I am here as proprietor of Needful Kings, a businessman, collector and friend. I do this as a hobby, an outlet for collecting, and as an fun way to run a collectibles shop.
I hope you find something intriging. Life is full of many interesting "things." Some you just have to have! This is a fun way for me to sell my collection, and a way to help other collectors sell theirs, if needed. Happy to help!
